A global survey recently jointly conducted by J.P. Morgan and the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) was the first ever to reach out to system integrators. They asked nearly 1,800 professionals in the automation and control industry about their feelings about the current year and predictions for their business operations. The survey discovered that businesses in system integration had primarily positive outlooks with the current trends in the economy.
The results found that 69% of those surveyed expected revenue growth for 2013. Even better, a quarter of those that expected growth predicted gains of at least 15%.
