Oracle released the results from the report, “Global Insights on Succeeding in the Customer Experience Era”, which surveyed 1,342 senior-level executives from 18 countries in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. The findings were somewhat surprising and found a significant difference between business perceptions and the actual impact of a positive customer experience.

Intermec conducted a survey showing that transport and logistics companies can save nearly $460,000 per year with 2 fairly simple processes just by using process re-engineering and implementing mobile technology throughout workflows. A substantial number of companies are most likely losing out on these savings.
