SAP Chief Customer Value Officer Chakib Bouhdary at the 4th Annual SAP Industry Analyst Base Camp says,

SAP believes that customer feedback is vital because these same customers talk to industry analysts, whether it be positive or negative discussion of why or why they are not buying.
