In a recent survey, 84% of respondents said that the returns process is very to extremely important in their decision to continue to shop with a company. Over 30% responded that particular companies are more likely to make shipping mistakes. A similar percentage said mistakes are more likely to occur with a large retailer than with a small retailer.
