Oracle released the results from the report, “Global Insights on Succeeding in the Customer Experience Era”, which surveyed 1,342 senior-level executives from 18 countries in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. The findings were somewhat surprising and found a significant difference between business perceptions and the actual impact of a positive customer experience.
